Was very agitated to think I might have to cut it myself and mess it up some how. However after squeezing and twisting the tip of the valve a little, it opened by itself to a perfect slit. The blue spout somehow ends up slipping into the lid, which causes suction loss and major leaks. However, it does seem that over time the material has "worn in" a bit, resulting in fewer occurrences. All in all, this is still a great purchase. I'm glad they're available instead of having to replace the entire bottle. It's such a great way to make sure your kids stay hydrated! |
